Like the blue series, the mauve is a re-edition of the famous original embroidery albums published by Sajou at the turn of the last century. Not only do the mauve albums feature different motifs than the blue series, they also come in a n horizontal format. They contain traditional alphabets, ornaments, borders and small motifs - just perfect for samplers or hand crafted projects from 18th - 20th C. Very easy to make! The album is folded in accordeon style, resuming the 8 cards of the original miniature album n°102. The inside of the cover is lined with a pretty blue paper.
