Our Shopping Card System will redirect you to PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment service, NO extra charges will apply. You can make a payment, even if you don't have PayPal account. Using the shopping card is the fastest method to shop at Nehelenia Patterns. Your order will be forwarded directly to our customer service.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders immediatley after we have received your payment. If all items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours.
Returns
You can return unused items within 14 days after reception for a refund (minus postage). You have to notify us in advance of you wish to return the items. Return postage has to be paid by the customer!
